Job Title: Head of Installation – Office Furniture

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service from design through to installation. We are seeking an experienced Head of Installation to lead and manage our installation team, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of projects across various client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the entire office furniture installation process, from planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
Lead, train, and mentor a team of installers, ensuring they are fully equipped to execute installations efficiently and professionally.
Develop and implement installation procedures and best practices to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination and communication throughout the installation process.
Conduct site surveys to ensure readiness for installation and resolve any logistical or technical challenges that arise.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations on all installation sites.
Handle post-installation feedback, ensuring that any issues are resolved promptly and to the client’s satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head of Installation, Senior Installer, or similar role within the office furniture or related industries.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of installers.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of office furniture products and installation techniques.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to address challenges and adapt quickly to changing project requirements.
A relevant qualification in construction, installation, or project management is an advantage.
Full UK driving licence required.
